Questions before you book
Something else on your mind? Get in touch.
How does an online Ayurvedic consultation work?
You meet Dr. Nirmal on a private video call. You'll talk through your health concern, history, diet, sleep and routine, and may be asked to show your tongue, eyes or skin on camera. Pulse reading (nadi pariksha) needs an in-person visit, so the online assessment relies on a detailed history and what can be seen on video.
Can I book from outside India?
Yes. Choose “Outside India” above the fees to see international prices, payable by international debit or credit card. Your bank converts the amount to your currency.
Which time zone are appointment times shown in?
The booking page detects your time zone and shows available times in your local time. Your confirmation email shows the time in your time zone too.
How do I pay?
In India you can pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet. Outside India you can pay by international card. Payment is handled by a secure payment provider, and your card details never reach us.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation email, and you'll get a free new slot or a full refund. Later changes and missed appointments aren't refundable.
Should I stop my current medicines?
No. Don't stop or change any prescribed medicine without speaking to the doctor who prescribed it. Ayurvedic care is planned alongside your existing treatment, so bring a list of everything you take.
Where do I get the herbs?
Your plan names the herbs or formulations recommended for you, with guidance on finding good-quality versions where you live. The consultation fee doesn't include the cost of any herbs.
Is this suitable for emergencies?
No. Online consultations aren't for urgent or emergency care. If you have severe symptoms, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.
